I think we will miss the 8 and hope we finish 9-12\. It's an improvement but that's not saying very much.

Next yr there are zero excuses for not making the 8.

There is NEVER an excuse for missing out on the 8\. Top 8 is bare minimum expectation and every year that we miss is another year of abject failure.

JT openly declared that top 8 was a pass mark LAST year (2015). I doubt he'll get another mulligan if we don't make the 8 in 2016.

If we finish anywhere between 9th and 12th, I'll bet you he does.

If we miss the 8 on for and against they'll give him another run surely.
