Wests Tigers players make Four Nations squads

I think Robbie will definately tour. Lawrence and Galloway are prob 50/50, dont think anyone else will tour.

As for train on, as the Prime Minister XIII are already named, so unsure how wide they'll go, there is a chance that Fulton, Aysford, Woods, Moltzen, Heigno and Gibbs if they maintain the same outlook as they have to this point, none of those are a realistic chance to tour tho.

Benji reckons his eyesight must be failing him if the selectors do not choose Galloway based on what he has seen the big fella do this season.

Lawrence will be there. Looking at the squad from previous seasons, Jennings won't be included, Inglis will be out for part of the tour with his ankle injury, Lyon retired from rep footy (or was it just Origin?), Hayne will miss the tour through injury … Hodges will most likely be one centre and he plays right side anyway, so Lawrence on the left would be a good fit.

Galloway could be a real bolter, fighting it out with TLL. Scott and Civoniceva will most likely start. Hannant probably off the bench. Myles will be in there somewhere too. Shillington didn't set the world on fire this year. NSW's props were pathetic in Origin and had to be shown how to do it by Gallen. Mannah - no way. Merrin - dear God no.

Gidley will most likely be the utility on the bench, then Cronk is next in line so Farah mightn't see much game time.

I'd have:
1\. Slater
2\. Yow Yeh
3\. Hodges
4\. Lawrence
5\. I don't like Boyd. Morris has been under par this year. Let's see Beau Ryan get his first Kangaroos jumper!
6\. Lockyer
7\. Thurston
8\. Scott
9\. Smith
10\. Civoniceva
11\. Thaiday
12\. Myles
13\. Gallen

14\. Gidley
15\. Galloway
16\. Hannant
17\. Taylor/Crocker

I'd throw in someone like Michael Crocker. He was very strong in the back half of 2011 and could provide some impact off the bench.

Agree here, Gal has been a Collossus this year. Finally showing the potetial that has been threatening for years.

Onya Galloway.

How big is the touring squad? 23?

1\. Slater
2\. Uate
3\. Hodges
4\. Inglis
5\. Yow Yeh
6\. Lockyer (he's touring right, if not then Thurston)
7\. Thurston (Cronk if Darren is out)
8\. Scott
9\. Smith
10\. Hannant
11\. Thaiday
12\. Lewis
13\. Gallen

14\. Cronk (Gidley)
15\. Shillington
16\. Galloway
17\. Parker

18 Boyd (back up fullback/winger)
19 Lawrence (back up centre)
20 Pearce (back up half)
21 Merrin (back up prop)
22 Scott (back up backrower)
23 Gidley (Bird) (back up utility)

I don't think Farah will make the cut this year unfortunately, Lawrence may also miss out to Willie Tonga, Keithy should make it though (the Aussie coach always gets a club player in the squad).

Well done to all the boys picked for the train on squad!

Does anyone else think woodsy looks like a gorilla in the pic used on foxsports?

When we won the comp in 05 we had nil, zero, none, nada in the Australian team. Do not count your chickens even with Sheens as coach.

Its an extended squad at the moment
Do you really beleieve none of our players should be there?

What I believe has nothing to do with what I posted. Read it again. Weststigers won the comp and did not have any player picked in the Australian team. Fact.

I believe that Farah, Gallaway, Lawrence will be picked to tour. Woods is a smokey.

There's just no spots left for Backrowers Happy… Gallen, Stewart, Thaiday will be the starting backrow and there is a few who will be ahead of Liam as reserves...

I didn't think he would be picked for the final squad Watto
Bit like some of the others they have picked
But they usually pick guys just to say "Yes ,you've been in form congratulations "
Liam falls into that class

good work to those named. Was hoping a few more would get a look in, the only one from saints and us that was not totally expected is Woods.

Too right Tiger Watto! Both Fulton and Heighno have been in awesome form this year, but when you look at that starting back row plus Watmough, Lewis, Bird, Creagh and Taylor then it pretty much sucks for other good back rowers, with representative aspirations, at the present time. That said, I'm thinking that one, or maybe both, of Alex Glen and Matt Gillett could snag a spot in there somewhere - very special talents those two.

Since Tim Sheens is the coach and that Petero and Matt Scott are both injured Keith Galloway should get a spot.

Farah will be in the squad for sure but not in the starting 17.

Ayshford and Moltzen…well for now there are other better centres who should accompany Hodges, also other fullbacks to choose from.

If a couple people get on the booze we may see some odd picks.
