Wests Tigers re-sign Zane Musgrove till 2024

Stood up to the Melbourne pack on his own in our game late in the season. Good re signing and probably for good money too if he’s knocked back bigger deals

I'm happy with this one. We didn't get to see much of him last season, but when we did see him he looked mobile and powerful. Hopefully he can stay injury free this season and take his game to another level.

If I had to choose between a fit Musgrove and a fit Aloiai I would take Musgrove. I think its safe to say we have seen Aloiai's best as it was a contract year.

Musgrove really has a presence on the field, something we lacked even with Aloiai over the years.

The best news is he could of got a lot more at Dragons but stayed here...

A lot of good judges are predicting Blore to have a break out year. This may be true. I reckon Musgrove will be there alongside him. I love his aggression. Him, Blore and Ofahengaue could be formidable.

With Tamou on board hopefully those two can inspire the rest of our young forwards to dominate other packs in years to come

Probably already been said but a 4 year contract is a big surprise. Not saying it’s a bad thing, but those lengths are usually reserved for marquee players. At the same time though, we couldn’t keep signing guys till the end of 2023.
