Just because it happens doesn’t make it right. How much money have we blown on people who’ve failed in the footy department in the last decade. Mind boggling.

They were collecting gold coin donations for the Wests Tigers Foundation at a recent fan day. Go out and talk to some proper corporate sponsors you imbeciles.

Good luck to them. And I’ll keep teeing off on old mate who supposedly has turned around our finances but he can’t bring himself to pay workers. He’s good at blaming coaches so I’ll keep him accountable too.
 
This thread shows how many have no idea & just want to whinge about yet another thing.

It’s been going on for decades for EVERY club.

It is nothing to do with cash it’s about getting people involved.

Who cares they advertise it, most time it’s the same people each year who do it this time looks like they are opening it up for others to have a go.

All sports run off volunteers even the NBA and EPL including game day. I was a volunteer for a NBA game 3yrs back was brilliant got to meet the Portland players after the game (CJ, Dame, Nurk, Hassam, Melo etc) & got a ball signed by the full squad after it (my own ball & pen used) All had to do was sit in a booth pre game selling tickets for the game day foundation of choice - bonus got to see the full game.

Maybe that's right. I'm sure some approach the clubs to do this But to advertise for volunteers? This means no one is volunteering that so how about advertise for employees?
They always crap on about community , be a employer.

That's just taking advantage of fans. Just pay people a pittance of the other employees

All organisations have volunteers - and those who do it are quite happy to do so - just because you couldn't see yourself doing it why belittle the club or those who do volunteer. Most organisations wouldn't exist without volunteers. But maybe you would like us run by some prick like Elon Musk.

Good luck to them. Hopefully Pascoe bakes scones for them or something. Probably get some flour on sale at Aldi.
