Daniela/Brown…Either way some of us won't be happy with the selection, although whoever does get the nod, it would be great to see them cross the tryline.

It's just a pity Daniela's defence is so poor because he has genuine speed which is always a good thing to have.

Brown is an OK State Cup player at best. He is <big>NOTHING</bigmore than that. He is a very poor 1st grade player. Magpies and BRET have players a Squillion times better than Brown.

It is a joke that he was ever recruited in the 1st place.

It's called "trying to justify a poor recruit". You give them EVERY chance possible to prove yourself right. The more chances given, sooner or later they will have a decent game. Then it's a big "up yours" to the doubters.
Bring back Youngquest!! At least when he didn't touch a ball for an entire match(Gold Coast), he at least looked pretty for the girls..
 
Its like buying 'Chicken Tonight' and mixing it in with your cooked chicken. Its cheap, nasty, leaves a bad taste in your mouth, not as good as the real thing and will make you very very sick.
 
Why have winger on the bench?

It doesn't make sense, at least have a forward who can rip in for 15min?

that would be the best news since Galloway signed 4 2 more years
 
just because he made the australian schoolboys does not mean mitch brown can play first grade. sometimes i think we only bought him because of his resume and not performance. give us a stab at daniella on the wing against the roosters, at least he is fast. his defence cant be all that bad - otherwise we did we buy him.

Whats your source and how certain is this?
 
If its Fafita than thats exciting. Love a young kid making his debut. But if its between Brown and Daniela, than Brown has it all over him. I didnt see the Balmain game last week, but i watched plenty of Sharks games and Brown is a first grader. No world beater, but a first grader and he wont let us down.

If it is that would leave only 1 spot for Brown, Daniella or Fitzhenry.
From what I saw last season Brown was a solid 1st grader as king sirro said. But from those who've seen him this season he's now supposedly complete rubbish?
I'd still choose him over Fitzhenry who offers nothing at all with Daniella a last resort.

If Fifita's not playing then Brown on the wing & Fitzhenry to stay on the bench for his 3 minutes of donuts to ensure CT stays to the end.
 
southerntiger….I wont give up my source.....it's unethical.....as for certain well they have never let me down before....

Don't jump to conclusions that it's the vacant bench spot either guys....
 
hmmm, Flanagan or Cayless.
Cayless would be a more direct replacement but the rorters are nowhere near as big a pack so Sheens may not be going for the light quick pack that he used against Manly's monster pack.
What a cool rumour it opens up all sorts of speculation!
Sheens has certainly protected young players from the media in the past by not naming them until the last moment.

The pack the Roosters ran out against Souths was only marginally smaller than the rabbits. They're on par with Manly size-wise IMO. They were bigger than the Tigers in the Foundation Cup. It's their outside backs which are small.

As for Fafita, it would be great to see him make his debut…But we'll have to wait a little longer to see what Sheens decides...
 
Interesting Willow. I thought they were smaller than the weights show!
Probably will be Flanagan then unless Sheens' sees sense & stops wasting a spot with Fitzhenry.
