With Cleary looking at bringing Robbie back for the rest of this year it has to make you think
Both Mclwrick and Godinet are gone seasons end
Liddle to play more ISC
Robbie to retire
And wests tigers on the hunt for another first class Hooker

Farah will be signed for 2019 I reckon

Surely Farah will be signed and we will just send Farah and Gamble out each week …..

Yep , has he signed yet

Ivan is not dumb .. he gave Liddell many chances with no result so he finally gave up and put him in ISP and has been looking for a short term solution. Godinet and Killa are gone and Taylor didn’t work .. same as Rankin etc. If anyone watched what happened on Sunday when Hodgson came on then you know why he made the decision to engage Farah. If Farah happens I reckon in a couple of weeks we will see Liddle on the bench and Farah to the middle to cover and provide another kicking option

We really are the little bitches of the NRL. A player approaches us to play here, we approve it, and now we wait to hear if his current club allowes it.
Surely a respectable club would say to the player, get your release and then we'll talk.

We're a joke.

Im glad to see Robbie back even though I think he is on a hiding to nothing somewhat whatever he does from here with a team on the slide.

Cleary has far more of a clue then Taylor about rebuilding clubs so Ill back his judgement.

Looking forward to Leichhardt that bit more in a couple of weeks.

This signing is part out of necessity, part making things right and part a marketing exercise.

Farah is a career hooker and an upgrade on the current situation.

As a band-aid solution to get us through to next season, it's not a bad one.

Fake news!

I originally voted no for Robbie for the simple fact that I'd rather we spent our time and resources developing a quality hooker. It seems that Robbie is a band-aid solution to our current problems and Im ok with that as long there is a long term plan in place for that position.

As for the constant talk about Robbie bringing his dramas to get his way, Im confident that IC is his own man and has a bit more pride in himself to allow for those antics. The difference between IC from Potter and Taylor is that he's here to help us, not build an NRL coaching career. Im pretty confident that Robbie knows that he'll be out on his arse if he tries to pull any shenanigans with IC.

I would say that Robbie did not light the fire - Tallis and Taylor did. Another way of looking at Farah is that Damien Cook had at least three first grade coaches yet it was Farah who taught him the finer points and how to handle individual opposition players. Farah has probably helped Cook become the SOO hooker. Now hopefully he can help train someone with a stronger body than Liddle. Robbie is getting so slow he will need a disabled sticker soon, it was noticeable against Australia in the World Cup but he may have just been gassed. What I am saying is that of course he is not long term. Hopefully we have a young strong person sometime in 2019\. But Farah should start where he left off - with a beer on the scoreboard. I wonder if Farah and Marina are going to share a wink-wink on their next meeting. He must have made some sense that night otherwise they would not have him back now. Plus Taylor did not last much longer.

Yep! The Board has cleared the way for Ivan to sign Robbie
(SMH this morning).
We have a Hooker at last.
Leichhardt oval will be busting at the seams for his first game back.
Welcome Back.

South's still have to agree on the money. I still think it has a high probability of falling over. Souths have him on a decent wage and I can't imagine we'll be willing to pay overs for a season where we're at long odds to make the 8.

Yes it should get some bums on seats at the ‘ol girl…... just hope it’s the 2 pm game and not the dusk bs.
