@GNR4LIFE fingers crossed 🤞 this doesn’t become an issue.we have recruited well in our junior stocks we just need the right environment, training facilities, coaches, club culture and team morale, to help with the development of these new young signings.

If they are in the right environment (Professional,successful) then I’m sure they will enjoy their time with the club.If we are still poor in the front office,that’s when they tend to look for greener pastures.
