Wests Tigers stand down O'Neill ..

There's very few rumours that amount to nothing these days. Something has gone down, and really, a man of the club shouldn't put himself in a position of compromise. I thought he was a leader.

What are you talking about? Many allegations against footballers amount to nothing. How many current players have legitimately been charged by police and found guilty in court or admitted guilt? Ryan Tandy, Rob Lui, Auva'a… did Greg Bird or Greg Inglis ever actually formally get convicted?

Yes Greg Bird got convicted and sentenced to imprisonment before his conviction was overturned on appeal by a District Court judge. Greg Inglis admitted his guilt and avoided a conviction being recorded.

Is a conviction the only measure of nothing?

Still don't know how you can admit guilt and not have a conviction recorded…

If an incident is out of character generally for that person well they get a second chance if they are lucky. Before having a pee in public when a youngster after a night out would preclude youth from a career in for eg. the police force etc.. the judges have the discretion if the ramifications of the penalty heavily outweigh the petty offence.

Yeah but it's not just confined to minor indiscretions, people avoid convictions being recorded for drug supply, break and enters and domestic violence.

Here is a link that may explain some stuff about convictions

Guilty, with No Conviction

No, but if it's not admitted or formally proven, it's just a report and you can't go judging people solely on reports in the media.

Bill Clinton was a leader, the president of US, and he was able to get away with much, much worse.

Willy likes to play, but plenty of consent from willing participants even if he was in a position of power, so no issue for mine.

That is not true formerguest. There were many cases who reported it was not consensual with Clinton…especially when he was governer. That guy was a criminal.

Bye bye MO ..guilty as charged

This post if also defamatory and should be removed. It is publicly presuming guilt with no evidence to support it.

Bloody hell LCA! Have you become a probationary copper in the last couple of weeks?
You have called for every 2nd post on this forum to be removed lately, not sure why someone would be so easily offended and upset by everything.
