I can swallow that… Sheens has a rep of sticking by his man, How Mitch Brown is not there after his Semis' form is beyond me!!
Looking forward to seeing Utai in Action.

Great to see Payton and Gibbs named . I hope Utai selection doesn't turn around and bite us . Was their any explanations on the Brown \Ryan non inclusions ????
 
Strong team. Woods can count himself unlucky as he showed arguably better trial form than Fifita, but his time will come soon enough. Payten offers great defence coming off the bench though he'll definitely be short of a run. Feel sorry for Brown getting overlooked by Utai. Dogs will definitely try and show him up in defence.
 
Will be interesting to see if Brown gets named in the lower grades or if he is injured.
I'm happy with the team, I reckon Utai will put in a top performance against his old team.

here we go! the season has as good as started.

i haven't seen brown do to too much playing wing (and wasn't he injured), plus this will take the high ball pressure off lote as they'll kick to utai. which surely can't be any worse.

great to see all the big boys named. though todd on the bench may just be him coming back from injury but could it be permanent move with reduced minutes because of his knees. especially at these early stages as there i a long year ahead.

Q1 - Will Marshall and Lui be ready for Round 1
Sheens - Talked about players having personal lives. Lui at home with partner. Mentioned how press wanted Lui to be sacked.

Q2 - About Utai starting
Sheens - Beau Ryan would have started if fit. Utai played well in trials esp Roosters game. Made more yards and runs than anyone else in Rossters game. Sheens impressed by his fitness.

Q3 - People are picking Tigers to win comp
Sheens - Up to others to say that. We're confident but doing the hard work. Made fun of sucess rate of tippers

... thought i still cant contemplate how Utai gets the spot over Brown....
Maybe he's injured or something... ?

all the great talent on the wing and we have and we have picked a guy who has not been considered good enough for first grade for 3 or 4 years…. Altho i dont know Utai, i have seen him out and about, and he seems like an awesome guy, and will support him, but I cant fathom the selection, I hope Timmy knows what he is doing, but Im concerned.
