WESTS Tigers Team V Manly

Cleary has to fit Nof in there somehow and I think this is the best way he can do that.
Can't see I agree if that is what he's done (because of Tui's goal kicking and X-factor in attack) but I could be wrong.

He could fit Nof by dropping MWZ????

Where is Russell, some one better check on him, kudos Ivan for dropping non performers, gives the reggies some hope they can get in first grade, hope they crush the sea eagles

Right side winger compared to a left side winger.
In attack it would be fine, but defensively it's completely different.
I'm not a fan of MWZ but right now he would do a better job at left wing then Nof would.

Love it. Tui did get caught out a lot. His energy in defence isn't good enough yet. Maybe he's got a niggling injury.

Thompson can play left and Nofo retains the right. Thompson played left at Dogs

This is a danger game for the Tigers

Yep Manly at home after a loss. Hope we can contain DCE 😛ray:

Winning this one would be a bonus.
But Manly with Turbo and our team without Packer and a recognised kicker …. we could struggle.
Adverse result may come as a wake up call for the club to actually address these issues and fastrack process to fill the 3 vacant spots with players who can cover our backline (and goalkicking) deficiencies.

my only concern with Tui getting dropped is the goal kicking.
most of our games have come down to 1 or 2 points.
Tui's got a high conversion rate this year.

Tui had some good touches but looked under done. I think needs to get that match fitness in Reggie’s. In Ivan we trust.

That's my concern too.

Bit nervous about this. Turbo coming back will give them a huge boost especially at fortress cesspit…...
Good to see Ivan making sure the players fight for their spot every week...

Not bad, not bad. Glad to see Sue get his chance off the bench and Twal deserves a starting spot based on form. With Aloiai and Sue off the bench, we do have a bit more impact.

Surprised Lolohea is dropped but with DCE kicking game, Thompson is probably the safer option at 1.

Hmmm. O.K. - I hope Benji is kicking rather than Marsters. He was becoming a reallly competent kicker the last few seasons, so I'm not sure why he isn't doing more of it this year.

I'm hoping Ivan has Benji lined up for the duties too.
