He’s played 3 full 80 mins of football in 18 months. It’s more than likely Madge has had a sit down with him and told him what he wants from him in reserves. I fully expect him to be in the 17 in the coming months.

Jake Simpkin is contracted until end of 2022, he's not going anywhere any time yet, unless the club chooses to allow it. And don't give me "what does a contract even mean these days?" nonsense.

Liddle is off contract this year, Simpkin is free to negotiate at years end, we need to give Simpkin a go to see if we need to hang on to Liddle, in my opinion Simpkin is the better player and long term 9. But he will not hang around to play back up to Liddle, especially with a new Brisbane team coming in
