Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire has named his 24-man squad for Saturday's Indigenous Round match against South Sydney Rabbitohs.

There are a number of players returning from injury including Luke Brooks, Daine Laurie and Jake Simpkin, as the team aims for its second win of the season over the Rabbitohs.

Indigenous star Laurie returns to the line-up at fullback, five weeks after suffering a knee injury against Souths in Round 7. His return pushes Starford To'a to the centres, with Tyrone Peachey named on an extended bench.

Luke Brooks is back from a minor hamstring complaint in place of Jock Madden while Jake Simpkin (concussion) takes over from Jacob Liddle at hooker.

AJ Kepaoa also makes his comeback on the wing, meaning 19-year-old Junior Tupou is out.
Recent Wests Tigers debutants Brent Naden and Fa’amanu Brown both retain their positions in the side following last week's victory over the Bulldogs.

David Nofoaluma (concussion) has also been named in the extended squad.

looking far better now we've got the troops back. that backline has pace, size and some skill about it. would personally switch To'a and Kepaoa but hopeful Nofo's a late inclusion.

Pretty good side to be honest.

Wow two centres for a change. Hopefully Toa and Naden defend well.

Wonder how fit Laurie is.

Like the side. Just need Douhie back now and get the team to gel for a few weeks in a row without injuries.

Wouldn't mind madden In tho

Played well last week

I would also move aj to wing and toa to his natural centre pos

Bit ironic how Laurie is returning in the game againdt the team where he injured himself lol
