The whisper is Matherson Johns and Kane Bradley will be the right edge after round 6 or 7, Doueihi fullback with the Momo - Grant swap a done deal. All three quarters over six foot two and 100 kilos except Nofo.

Not sure I believe it....
No FG experience between Johns and Kane.
I don't hate it tho.

Bit disappointed in this side at fullback Thompson is not up to it at this level and Lawrence in the 17 ,in front of mck and yes they give 100% but we can’t be serious along with Jennings in the side really

I was sort of the same but when I read that Thompson has been training for FB all off-season I thought, “ok, let’s see what he brings.”
But when Mbye returns I can’t think of any option other than Doueihi to FB and Thompson to wing

I am still not sold on Doueihi yet!

Make your way to the register junior.
This guy is gonna carve up.

Thompson's days at #1 are gonna be limited.

Hope you are right, we bought him to play fullback, that's where he should be playing

Agreed.

neither of them are ready for grade. they're gonna need to make short work of cup footy to be even considered for the squad of 21

Who is whispering that? Bradley hasn't even played a trial and while I think Matheson Johns has potential, he's going to have to dominate in CC to earn a call up.

I don't like Thompson as a fullback either, I really hope Doueihi does carve up at fullback mate. Just need to see it before I pronounce him as the 2nd coming. I need to see him ball playing and putting players into space. The ball he threw in the Penrith trial was a nice start but he needs to do that consistently to live up to his hype!

Well spotted.

Everyone is carrying a utility or hooker. Its the head knock thing as well as a few coaches running with two hookers.

Well, the time is now...
I really don't expect Corey is a lock for #1 for the entire year. So you'll get your chance.

I also hope he shows his skills.
This is a guy that can and has played every position except prop.....

I trust in his skillset so hoping he puts it on display and has a great year.

Johns isn't even in the top 30 so cannot play unless upgraded!

Love Thomo at 1, he deserves it and haven't seen anything from Douehi to take it off him.

To me Douehi and Momo are the same player I'm happy with either one in the centres.
When Mbye returns he's our 14 imo.

I hear ya.

I've seen enough and followed him closely since 2017... he has a great skillset.

He's no Teddy but imo better than Papenhuyzen. Dark horse at 1.... Big expectations.

And possibly NRL Contracts might help I dunno

Tim Sheens was millenniums ahead of the rest. If he were coaching in this era, he'd have a whole bench full of utilities. Our bench would be:

14. Moses Mbye
15. Josh Reynolds
16. Michael Chee Kam
17. Elijah Taylor

100% RE Douehi and Momo comparison. I made the same comment while the rumours of Douehi's signing began - don't get how he can command so much more than Momo when he hasn't shown much better IMO.

Especially at centre.

Ofc, just as with Momo, the potential is there and I hope we see him kick on.

Also agree Mbye is best at 14.

The reason I was happy with his signing was based off the opinion of others like yours. Now he has signed I want him to convince me of what you guys see as I haven't watched him that closely and his stats and highlights are a little thin for a player with 30 games!

So I will be excited based of your big expectations!

What about BJ and LL who look a lock on the right side now

i said jennings was an absolute lock
i think after 4 rounds AD to fullback Momo to centre
then shoot out defensively Nofo Mr UNreliable and Thommo
Jennings to have a really good solid year i think

Does that mean we have spots 29 and 30 free in our cap?
