Apparently Brooks is out for 4 weeks. Was mentioned on the sunday footy show during around the grounds. Anyone know exactly what's wrong with his calf?

I wouldn’t mind him being out if we had a really decent half to replace him. Biggest loss will be the combinations. Let’s not kid ourselves, Brooks doesn’t win us games but he is a competent first grader.

Always find this type of comment interesting..to me a good team wins games with everybody contributing...i really can't think of too many teams that rely on 1 or 2 players to win them the game off their own bat consistently ...not very often anyway...

I suppose my point was he doesn't come up with the winning plays when we really need them to take out a close game.
Seems it's always someone else looking for the ball at those times.
Believe me, I wish he did.

Once upon a time Brooks missing from our team was a draw back but there appears to be a new mentality to our team now not as big a deal as previously.
