How come nobody mentions Simpkin let the first try in and missed a number of tackles w hile Liddle had a good game in reggies .Is Simkin the latest favourite.

Simpkin didn't miss the first tackle try, Musgrove did (Twal was secondary). You are thinking of the 3rd try, but even that one I wouldn't entirely pin on Simpkin, because Turbo runs away from him and Mbye fails to cover to his outside as Turbo veers away from Simpkin.

Liddle is a decent player but he wasn't setting the world on fire his first 5 matches 2021, and Simpkin was good against Souths.

Thought Doueihi was the number one offender for the first try. Utterly lazy, as was Musgrove for the next try.

I don't agree, Schuster runs across-field away from Doueihi, he hasn't even engaged the line yet when he's straightening up into Musgrove.

Also by this stage, Schuster has run around Marty Taupau and Doueihi collides with Taupau.


Doueihi should of fell over like dem sokka players..

Or like dat sook of a player Benji who hides behind opposition players to fake an obstruction.

I agree, I’ve put $200 on the Tigers to beat the Dragons today @ $3.50 based on Joey’s renewed enthusiasm in reserves - if he is swapped out for the laughing hyena (Chee Kam) I’ll be pissed off!

Not always , I recall liddle being 18th man for us a couple weeks back and didn’t play reserves

Anyway I think the Laurie thing was just a rumour because he had strapping on his hammy after last week

I was watching Bradman Best tonight and every time he had the ball he looked dangerous and Rooster clearly had a plan to shut him down otherwise he would destroy teams.. Now I think Joey should be doing the same as him or better due to his experience but I just feel Joey seem a bit lazy. How often do you see Joey running onto the ball as he prefers to stand there and run once he gets it but for me he needs to work harder and makes the runs even if he doesn't get it. I cannot understand how he just doesn't want to destroy his opposition players as when he is on is one of the hardest players to stop.. (We should know as he has killed us over the years) .. Someone needs to show him video clips of him 3 years ago and get him the ball.. For a guy trying to get another contract he is just not working hard enough for me.
