I think we had the potential to win the whole show but our execution let us down at times throughout the final series.
We will be better for the experience next year…we can still improve.
At the end of the day though, I feel the two sides playing next week deserve their spots over us for the simple reason that at no stage during the year did we beat either of them. As it will turn out, whoever wins on Sunday had to go to war with us for the chance - all of our games in the finals series were belters...
We were very valant in defeat and the experience gained by both our leaders and our young guns will be invaluable next year.
