Can I put in my bets in week or two before.

Yes Snapper you can put it in advance , but the only thing is you will not know the handicaps for each game in that Round , when selecting in advance.
You are just going to have to roughly calculate in your own mind how much start each team will get and take a punt .

No selection you will get 0 score for the Round , there will be no you get all the away sides if no selections.
