Plans for the No 6 jersey ??

How do you plan to try and deal with our back row issues in 2014 ??

What are your instructions and what needs to happen for David Kidwell to massively improve our defence ??

The 3 players that you expect to improve the most under your watch this year?
 
I'm over questions TBH. We know the rehashed media spiel won't change.

I'd give some requests though:

-Please do something about our mental issues ie. clocking off, throwing arms, missing tackles, loser mentality

-Make the best choice for the team we have, not the team we want to have: basically this means I want players chosen on their merits, not reputation or salary cap weight

-give players chances and room to develop, its easy to say this but harder to do on the back of a few straight losses.
 
1\. Why is Waste Anasta in our top 25?
2\. Why is Teddy Blair in our top 25 if he has not gained 10+ kgs?
3\. Can we improve defensively to be competitive for 80 mins?
 
1 what are the plans for the halves this coming season?
2 how often are players playing needled up?
3 what are the clubs chances of making the finals?

Short answer for 1 and 2 is if the player has a contract and the club cuts him, the contract still counts in our cap. So if we cut Anasta or Blair we do nothing except lose 2 possible players from our fulltime squad and pay them to take a holiday for the rest of their deal.

2\. Have you improved your football knowledge and communication skills ? Even if you have...Let Toddy Payten and Andrew Webster do most of the work they have more knowledge and communicate a lot better than you.

3\. You said during the year that you didn't care that players didn't like you or that you weren't there to be liked by the players...How's that going for you ? Please note....Benji and Blake will not be sending you an Xmass card.
 
Are you going to pick Anasta and Blair regardless of form,if so why,and are Lulia and Patterson in your starting 17 plans.
