What do we do with J-Rey??

Where does Josh Reynolds fit into this team when he comes back, there is no way Benji makes way for him at the moment.

From what I’ve seen he isn’t a hooker so have the roles switched where J-Rey is now the 14 with Benji starting at 6??

At this point he has to play in the 14\. Marshall has been one of our best 2 weeks in a row and Brooks has built on his Round 1 performance with a great second showing. Ivan will favour team culture at this point and make him earn his spot.

Benji is the first choice half from here as far as I'm concerned. Brooks also played well so you can't drop him. Reynolds may just have to wait his turn or wear the 14.

That's another huge thing about tonight, 3/4 of our first choice spine was missing. To think of all the Pre-Season preparation and time spent building combinations, yet we run out with just Brooks in terms of our best case scenario. Cleary wasn't lying when he said there is genuine depth here.

Roosters scored 1 against us
Storm scored two thanks to a penalty count heavily in their favour and one try when we had 12 on the park

Yeah - I didn’t want to post a negative tonight but I thought he looked lost at times. His passing off the back of the scrum was nerve racking.

Yes agree but his defensive effort is good.
He may be the fall guy when Reynolds and Liddell get back.
Our depth this year is outstanding.
Only things we lack are a quality fullback and centre.
