What one player from any club would improve the team instantly?

I wouldn't be so sure..they will string a few win around Origin time..

So with the it's the Coach huh…interesting...

You're really feeling it tonight aren't you mate? I don't blame you at all, but cheer up Hap, things will get better soon. The only way is up from here and I reckon we will beat the Dragons next week. Three weeks ago, I predicted a thrashing from Canberra, a close loss to the Storm and win over the Dragons for our next 3 matches. I'm 2/3 so far, going for the trifecta - we will win, just wait and see

If you had watched how the Saints tore the Warriors to threads up the guts tonight Flip you wouldn't give us a hope

We might be a chance when we play Souths again just before the bye , but I wouldn't count on that either

The only difference between the Canberra and Penrith games was the scoreline was closer

Melbourne aren't that type of side , the minute they got 8 ahead they backed their defence to beat a side that basically played one out football in the 2nd half

But the Warriors are a sleeping Giant aren't they…?

Eventually they will find the right coach Geo …...

They will finish higher up the table than our side

Really they are more of a concern than we are at the moment. With the roster that they have, their poor form is inexcusable really. It's practically an international side! Whereas we're just a team of nuffys for the most part, so our poor form is understandable, to a point.

They lost Foran in the warm up and had to re arrange their entire side , things were that bad they brought Blake Ayshford in 😱pen_mouth:

Saints played real good footy Flip and if they are even close to that Form they win easily

Vaughan absolutely terrorized the Warriors , imagine what he will do to us

I'd have him playing SOO football based on current form ,even if it was off the bench

What have the 3 teams that have beaten us have in common? Big powerful forwards. We cannot compete with any team with big forwards. Very simple. You can have Tedesco & Moses playing out of their skins, but unless we muscle up in the forwards ( like saints have ) we will be easy pickings this season.

Never really been a fan of De Belin but given the state of things, I hate to admit that he would be a legitimate improvement and I wouldn't say no to us taking him.

Boyd Crodner in the forwards and Jack Bird in the backs. However I will take Chris McQueen for 1 backrow spot as Cordner isn't realistic. Also Whare from the Panthers then add another backrower (Luke Lewis or Beau Scott would be perfect) and get Jamal fit (although he sounded like he was a class aboe in NSW cup which was good)

This is the problem- one player isn't going to do much. We need depth and competition for spots. No doubt we're going to see a mostly unchanged team this week despite three losses in a row.

A half with a better-than-average kicking game ie Thurston, Cronk, Reynolds or Pearce. We would have beaten Melbourne last week with a good tactical kicking game in the 2nd half.
And a gun goalkicker would help immensely.

Interesting that Vaughan couldn't get a start at the Raiders but is going great at St George. One of their astute buys.
