What song are you listening to?

Haven't heard this Hunters song for forever

Not a song, but didn't know where else to put it. Nearly choked on my toast when I saw this headline:

"Slavoj Zizek featuring Rammstein"

The song Dalai Lama that renowned philosopher Slavoj Zizek refers to is one that I have always loved. It is an adaptation of a poem called Erlkonig, by one of the greatest minds of all time, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (no exaggeration, he is at least the equivalent of Shakespeare and Da Vinci, I think given how broad his talents were I would put him ahead of those two)

Hey Mike - not funny, but try his version of "And the band played Waltzing Matilda"

Absolutely brilliant.

Brian "Head" Welch of Korn fame has a new project, sounds pretty cool

New Mushroomhead song is a bit different to anything I've previously heard from them...not as heavy and more focus on melody, although visually stunning...

**The Beatles live at Shea Stadium**

Remastered to reduce the decibels of the 56,000, mostly teenage girls, screaming fans.

Using just VOX 100 watt amps, that were available at the time, they literally could not hear themselves sing or their instruments playing as the crowd was deafening.

I saw this with my wife, who is a different generation to me, when the Ron Howard film Eight Days A Week was showing. It was shown for a very limited time after the film, due to a copyright dispute. My wife’s reaction was that they really looked like they were having a lot of fun and enjoying themselves. Indeed they were.

Song related side note: Every time I hear Thunderstruck I think of that Benji Marshall bonstonker highlights video...
Happened to me this morning.

Am I the only one???

A new song from The Anix just dropped...For anyone who likes the sound of Deftones, you'll like this, but this one has a differing twist in the chorus.
