What will the Board make of Taylor getting heckled and booed?

I actually thought that the booing was disappointing. Totally understand the emotion people have over the circumstances that have unfolded this week. But I just didn't feel that was necessary.

Apparently he was verbally abused and spat at as well when entering the ground by Wests Tigers fans

while it isnt nice or necessary, passionate fans will go to lengths to get their message across .. hoping the board will hear them and take notice .. after all, they are the ones forking out the money to keep their team going .. they should be heard ….

They would have expected a giant backlash when it was talked about - but it was done anyway. I hardly think they would be worried about a few losers (because that is was they are) booing and spitting at a coach. Carrying on like that proves they have no intelligence at all.
The Board will take notice of them - Yeah! right.

Farah has been misused and the game plan was designed to marginalise him so he could be surplus to requirements. He may be prickly and too emotional however, when he is when ALLOWED to play football easily our best player outside of Tedesco. Remember Farah losing it at Ayoub helped keep Teddy with WT.

Geez Russ cmon - he has two bad injuries and a SOO series. He makes more tackles than other player in the team every week playing to JTs structure and allowing the young boys to up their level of control - which you have been supporting all year . He plays the old Robbie natural game on Sunday and you want to throw him under the bus now - what for –- playing to JTs instructions??? I get you dont like the bloke but he has been doing exactly what you blokes have been advocating for all year playing to the coaches instructions.

Goldcoast, all you have to do is read some of the postings on this forum to see how much some on here hate Taylor. There is no reason for it. He was brought in to do a job. That is to fix the absolute mess that the previous administration left us.

Tough decisions had to be made and Taylor, together with our new Board, is making them. The salary cap needs to be fixed if we are to be in the market for some of the better players. He changed the training group, some players will be gone, the CEO has departed, a new CEO will be appointed shortly, new training facilities on the way etc. etc.

There is more to the Farah decision than meets the eye. I, and most people on this forum, have no idea what is going on behind the scenes at Concord. We need to trust the new Board that this decision is best for the club in the long run.

Ranting and raving, spitting, booing and berating the coach without the full facts is a waste of time and just depresses everyone concerned. Including me.

Talyor is not going anywhere for a couple of years, so let's get behind him and the club. Let's talk about any new signings, talk about our new captain, talk about our new young stars coming through, talk about who the new coach of the reserve grade should/will be. There are heaps of positive things going on. The continuous belittling of the coach and the club as a whole is getting us nowhere.

Even though Talyor has made some mistakes. I think he should still be there next year. I don't get on with everyone at my work. but i can still perform my job role with man-manage skills.
This is the area JT needs to work on.. along with modifying the game plan to suit the skills of our players.

Sorry Col this place is for every-one to state there opinion, not support just your opinion. Im not saying you are wrong but to have a dig about people saying they are ranting and raving, booing and berating the coach is fair as it is there own opinion. Spitting is not some-thing that should be tolerated and the small minority who did this should be banned. But my opinion is Taylor is fair game for booing and peoples opinions etc, he has been given everything he wanted from day 1 and we have not improved in my eyes and this is what i will judge him on.
