What would our 2012 team looks like

My team is based on us signing Adam Blair and keeping Bryce Gibbs.

I would also play Blair at prop and Gibbs in the second row.

With Ellis and Gibbs in the second row we would no longer have a small pack.

I would like to spread experience on the bench hence starting with Woods at Prop and then Blair and Fifita adding aggression and fire power at the 20 min mark.

Happy to let go of Beau Ryan, Flanagan, Moors, Daniela, Utai, Moltzen (only see him in the halves and we have better options now) and Fulton (too small for a forward but a great player for our club) go. Payten to retire and join the coaching staff

Ashyford would be my utility on the bench as he can cover the backs and forwards. I think we need another impact centre like Lawrence. (I do appreciate that Lawrence is a special talent). Look at St George with Gaz and Cooper 2 gun centres who can score and set up their wingers.

Is your 19th man suppose to be Jacob Miller or is there something we need to know Josh Miller is a pretty handy player
 
I think Eshamns been loooonnnng gone.
I dont see Ryan making the step up, wouldve happened by now if it were.
I'd like us to leave Ayshford in the centers..hes only going to get bigger & stronger

I'm a fan of resting Farah… a simple 15-20 minute spell in games will freshen him up some and allow him to regain focus.

but we'd have to pay a bit of money for de gois, and theres no point paying that money if he's only gonna play 15-20 mins a game

What about Fulton or Moltzen as a fill in ??
 
Okay, well if I was running the show - I would make some executive decisions.
With some player signings & releases, I'd love to see a team like….

1) Moltz ( Time to man up, if he can't play this position... he should leave. After this year he should be ready to make this position his own. Of course McKinnon to play another year @ fullback if Moltz is let go or still not ready with Brown/Ryan covering in case of injury and knowing McKinnon, more than likely. But ultimately Moltz needs to succeed here or move on )

2) Tiquri ( Standard, still has petrol in the tank so still worth being a part of the team )
3) Lawrence ( Will be a fixture in the NSW & Aus teams in years to come )
4) Ayshford ( Would leave him here another year, we all know where his future is but if it ain't broke don't fix it ! )

5) **NEW WINGER !!!** ( Don't know if Utai will be here next year but why not make a play at a solid first grade winger. Looking @ the off contract players ( http://www.zerotackle.com.au/rugby-league/nrl/players/off-contract-2011/by-position-2011/ some one ) My first choice would be to chase SANDOR EARL. Then there are guys like Peni Tagive, Bill Tupou or maybe even re-sign GEOFF DANIELA & put him on the wing. Wouldn't look @ guys like Wolfman, Goodwin bros, etc. Yow Yeh likely to stay @ Brisbane.

no heighington ay demps. personally i dont mind, but thisll ruffle some feathers. he seems to be a crowd favourite on this forum

i think he is a cool guy and so on but he doesn't impress me @ all.
