Whats the one constant

The front office is NOT moving forward at all!!

It is the same stale incompetent twats who have reduced the club to the laughing stock it has become to the media and general public!

Something has to give before the club will ever really progress!
Can someone shut up about the Front office!

No matter how good your Merchandise is, it won't win you a single game.

We need to get the football side right. Sure business side can do better deals and TPA's, they could have built the COE sooner... meh.

Bottom line- They are 3 wins and 10 losses
yea, were not bringing the bacon.

I like the team and the direction we are starting to get into. However we have taken Way to long to get decent attacking structures in place. Defense we are still not there, no where near there.

As others have said, Dolphins are a new squad and they have Gelled almost instantly. Sheens gets a very good squad and from all I can see ignores Defense for 200,000 passes.

Were back from total suck to "glimmers of hope". We need a full 360 audit at the end of this year.

The sole common denominator for any sustained period of competitiveness and success at this club since 2000 has been Tim Sheens!!

It took the Murdoch flunkies Rothfield and Read to educate Pascoe on that fact - who in a typical populist knee-jerk reaction went all in....!!

BUT then he & Hagipantellis white ant their own appointed coach with a recruitment guru who also has plenty of media boosters behind the coach's back!!

They are useless and disruptive bums - who can't learn from their prior errors & double-dowm on their bullshit!!

The Chair & CEO need to be put out to pasture!!
NOPE.

Sorry Sheens wasn't winning. Recruiting Manly's recruitment manager was a stroke of Genius. Otherwise it would be Sheens + Players aligned with Sheens running the joint.

We need someone who can go "hey signing X is a dumb mistake" (need I remind people of the Dumb recruitment decisions we have made with and without Sheens). Particularly someone with access to Manly who seem to be whiteanted by Issac Moses, players are going to be pushed and they have talent.

If we need to Axe Sheens, and were 3/10 so it's still on the cards IMHO. I can think of no better placement the Manly's recruitment person.

Zero qualms with making Marshall wait behind Des Haslier.

Thru years and years and years of failure with many changes in both playing and coaching staff there is one thing that doesn't change that is the executive .The CEO ,Chairman and co are like they are engraved in granite .
We imo have finally started putting a reasonable team on the field for about 6 weeks with 3 wins and 3 very close losses .More important than this is that the team seemed happy and harmonious as we'd been thru a number of weeks of picking same team and position vs first 7 rounds of constant changes and shuffling the deck chairs So what happens
- CEO appoints a new recruitment manager ( good or bad ) but its a surprise to head coach ?
- CEO along with new recruitment manager start telling a handful of them they are not wanted
Whether coaches idea not sure but likely to derail some of that harmony
- We release Joffa to help Parra and now we seem to be light on depth?

It just seems that management seem to undermine progress
It seems a strange argument to me.

Firstly - "management" put the process in place that made Sheens the Head Coach (and previously trusted him as the Head of Football). So overall it's their plan as much as Sheens' responsibility.

Secondly the existing structure pre-Fulton was 1 win 7 losses; they won 2 more as he started at the club, and lost 3 more. There was Football Ops stability for at least 8 weeks and the result of that stability was 1 win.

So whilst I agree that the team had started to play much better, 5-6 weeks is a very short-lived period in football and I've seen MANY Tigers teams play well for a quarter of a season, isolated from the rest of the season. "False dawn" comes to mind often.

I think really the only question is - is Scott Fulton worth having at the club, and if yes, are you willing to potentially put noses out of joint to get him on-board? As far as I have seen reported, Scott Fulton is very respected. Warren McD obviously doesn't like it, but he's left the club 3 times now, so we should all be used to seeing him go?

I personally don't mind if Fulton comes in and taps some players on the shoulder. We are a 3-10 team, it makes sense that some very significant roster changes are required. If those players can't handle the pressure and drop their form, I think that's as much on the players as anyone else. In other words: if you are such an ordinary footballer that the change in recruitment personnel throws you off your game, then really it becomes a truism - they really are looking at your long-term prospects. It's the blokes that have kept playing good football that aren't and shouldn't be worried.

There's plenty of things to accuse the "management" of doing badly, but I think this particular argument boils down to whether or not Scott Fulton is a good acquisition. And I think the answer to that is "too early to tell".

He quit last year before he was sacked.

Sources told The Sun-Herald Humphreys had approached several sponsors that he had been dealing with professionally in relation to club matters about his own financial situation.

So I guess Pascoe was let go by Penrith or sacked for lack of results in the time that he was there and now the same thing is happening at Wests Tigers except for the sacking part?

If you don’t think we’ve improved considerably compared to last year you’re crazy.

What’s done is done. I wouldn’t change anything for the minute. Do you know of a gun CEO that is available now? I don’t. If everyone is saying sack Pascoe that’s fine. Who steps in? I’m hearing crickets. The club is doing well financially and the pathways programmes are in place.

Just find it funny that when we win all this stuff goes away.
You cant cure cancer with a band aid. This is not the WWF or WWE. Or is it? Had a soft spot for Tito Santana. Nice guy.

Just thinking back over last 3 weeks and what a cliff we've fallen over
Sure not WT fault that Tino smashed Api's jaw and gets away with it !
Not WT fault Brooks hammy its just bad luck BUT
When I read about Fulton appointment and Sheens not being told till it happened I thought whether it be a good move or bad well run clubs just don't do that !
Then I see players told about moving on FFS couldn't it wait lets keep this happy team that's clicking together a bit longer
Taken 3 weeks in terms of fans joy to get from the penthouse to the s----- house
I bet our Permanent !!! Executives have got involved and - ( auto delete)
Yup for all the hard work the team has done together, and showing some promise, then why TF would you start meddling with it.. I just don't understand getting rid of players mid season, especially popular ones. The silence on the signings to make up for letting them go is ridiculous.

What a load of shit!!

What a load of shit!!
Give up the Sheens fandom Snidest.
When you are at the bottom of the table, you don't keep letting the coach dictate control.

Seriously, you know what would be a "load of shit", if were bottom of the table for two more years. The board goes "why Tim Sheens isn't working, we only have one option and lets appoint Benji Marshall".

Benji should earn head coach. We need options and input from outside the Tigers.
