Even the commentators found it amusing, and one of them i think peter sterling said he'd never ever seen a winger go to dummy half. Halatau looked good, rankin looked good aswell. Unfortantly i dont think JLJ is first grade material. So get rankin at halfback, JAC and for the love of god put cherrington on the bench. Why make life so hard by reshuffling half your team around so your dummy half gets a 20 minute break. I will take a win no mAtter how they come, go the mighty tigers.

I thought Rankin was great when he went to dummy half today…made some good metres out of there..

He still defends on the wing..with Edwards in the middle..

Rankin was huge. He is a great bench player because he can play a lot of positions,

As much as I dislike the whole soap opera revolving around the coach and the Hooker, how many watched the game from yesterday in the Intrust Super Cup where the hooker just went through the motions.
I don't agree with the stance the coach has taken but look at the current results, you can't take your position for granted as there are now plenty of players gunning for positions.
Time will tell who is right or wrong but at this stage we are looking very competitive….........

I am not saying put Farah in if the coach dont want him, but pick another hooker so there are not 3 positional changes for Dene to have a rest.

Give JLJ a break. He came in on short notice and was solid in defence. 8 missed tackles isn't fair seeing he made a few one on one tackles on bigger guys and got bounced but the initial contact was good to slow momentum. Much more sure in defence than Brooks.
He doesn't set the world on fire in attack but he isn't needed to with Moses doing it.
