True…the playing group rocks on regardless....
The playing group doesn't just "rock on regardless". Just look at some of the players we have turned over since the end of 2012:
Benji Marshall, Chris Heighington, Blake Ayshford, Lote Tuqiri, Gareth Elllis, Adam Blair, Marika Koribete, Beau Ryan, Keith Galloway, Liam Fulton, Pat Richards, Briath Anasta, Blake Austin, Bodene Thompson, Martin Taupau plus many more.
Also consider the likes of Robbie Farah and Chris Lawrence have been told they can take offers from elsewhere.
I'm very comfortable players in this club are being held accountable for results.
Was Taylor here in 2012….?...Where have all these departures got us...? The culture of mediocrity must stop....
Turning over of players does not mean success...neither does turning over of Coaches...Lets see how much Taylor has learned with his new mantra of form will determine your place in the 17 each week...
Apologies if I have misunderstood your post. I read it as though you were saying the players were not being judged by the same standards as the coach - Wins/losses.
