Could somebody tell me the correct email address to winge about letting Madden go and keeping Brooks if that's true .Also lots of other complaints I've had this season but have held off on but giving Kautoga 3 minutes was the last straw. The website lists a number of email addresses but none seem to fit what I want to say.So I'd appreciate some help

I only know ceo@wests.com.au which is Pascoe's public-facing email. He's stopped answering me lately but those emails have been critical of various aspects of the club's performance, not just on-the-field results. I've been respectful yet critical but JP doesn't seem to accept criticism well. Still, very few do.

Use the same contact you have for your membership.....

Phone them first (02) 8741 3300 and ask to be put through to the community group. If they give you the cold shoulder ask reception for the complaints department in football operations.
If all fails, which it will, contact Kenty on NRL360 🤣
Email is good but it is pointless unless it benefits them.
