With Moses surely being released in a couple of weeks who will play 5/8 this year???
Do we have any serious contenders or just making up the number players?
 
Will there be a call to Benji? Moses to Eels in Round 8;l Benji to Tigers Round 8; wrist may be ok by then.

Personally I don't mind the Benji option. I checked out the NSW cup and QLD cup teams and even looking at a lot on the market I'd take Benji.

He has got a lot fitter at Broncos, he would be a good influence on Brooks and it was less then 2 years ago he came 2nd in the Dally Ms plus he has passion for the Tigers and the people who he had issues with have all gone I believe

He is on Nova i think on Sundays, maybe i will call the station and see if he wants to come back
 
I think Benji injured his wrist last weekend. Not sure how serious it was though.
 
You could do a lot worse then have Benji on a couple of hundred grand in the six.

We are trying to start a new culture not hark back to the old one.
 
Benji was having a blinder before being hit late and breaking his wrist,he definitely has made an effort to get fitter this season.

If we got rid of Moses and were compensated, I'd take Benji on a cheap contract for the year and use the balance to front load Teddy or the #6 replacement.

The year is a write off.

Bird may not even be an option any more, talk is he is off to the knights.

I dont know if it would be a step backwards or not but I'm a bit nostalgic about having Benji back.

just wonder is it going to be like trying to relive a moment in the past but it never works out the same.
