I also like Brown or Potter as others have said.

I dont think folkes style of coaching suits our roster.

There's not a lot on offer is there. When you're talking about Brown, Folkes, Potter ….... blokes of this ilk ...... can't see high calibre players wanting to come over to play under them.

My first choice given his comments on the Forum would be "Balmain Bug". If not available I would go for

Steve Folkes

Already part of the coaching set up and wants to coach NRL again.

Has won a premiership.

Wouldn't pick a wasted back on the bench. He would go for 4 big fowards and use the bench correctly.

He would improve our fitness and defence.

Remember Folkes played in the great Canterbury era of the 80's where they were known as "the entertainers" so I don't think he would harm our attack.

I think he would encourage WT to sign Blair asap as he would be his type of player. Tough nut.

Mick Potter would be my second choice.

I rate Hasler as well Spartan he seems to get the best out of his players They still seem to show up even when they have heaps of injuries . Just make sure we have an ample supply of dressing room doors if he was to come here . I am sure with the way we play sometimes that he might just need them
