Who has been our best signing ??

All have added something and impossible to compare what Benji is doing to what Twal is doing. Also very hard to say the likes of McQueen and Milne have been bad signings as they have not had a crack at the top grade and they probably will not barring injuries

Team spirit but you cannot buy or sign that.

Have missed your input of late, welcome back.

It's good to be back. It's a time which reminds me of the old Newtown team in 1980\. After years in the doldrums they had signed Warren Ryan and brought a number of inspirational players including Tom Raudonikis.. the following year (1981) they played parramatta in the grand final.

How much is Benji on? A quarter of Packer's salary?

Bang-for-buck Benji is our best buy… alliteration so it must be true!

I picked Marshall just because his control and game management so far has been something we have missed for years.

In saying that, without the fantastic go forward lead by Packer and Matulino, it would be very hard for our halves and backs to perform how they are.

When we signed Thompson, I thought he was going to just be a squad player but now I couldn't pick my team without him in it. Through the trials his acceleration and evasiveness really surprised me, and that form has carried into the season which is pleasing.

Was tossing up between the three front rowers, as that is the area in which we have benefited more than the others. The performance of Packer against the donkeys was enormous and seeing Twal finally bring his offload out again yesterday just tops off his granite like strength in the middle for us thus far.

In the end I went with Matulino, as for mine, his overall package has brought just that little more. The deciding factor being his defensive work, with the ability to really hit and hurt in a tackle. His presence in the line creates that bit of doubt in the opposition and has them looking just a little, which is a very valuable asset for any middle.

Yesterday was the first time in forever I've heard the crowd cheer as loudly for the coach as the star players, when the team was read out on the big screen.

Too hard to pick IMO. Packer, Benji, Thompson, Rochow, Twal…they've all been huge since hopping on the bus.
