The report for the RLPA was compiled by Julieanne Levick , self confessed to knowing nothing about rugby league & also the lawyer who represented RF against the WTs late last year .

And not surprisingly it doesn't make sense , if you're injured & don't play aren't you dropped from first grade ? You're certainly not disadvantaged financially .

And in regards to RF who is mentioned in the article , during the origin period & after a concussion , he was rested by JT who can't be accused of playing him when he wasn't 100%.

This is funny. Ayoubs lap dogs at the DT are doing as they are told.
I'd like to see this case go ahead and hear the allegations.

If anyone wants to contact Ayoub. His details are in the RLPA website.

Let's hope he replies to me.

It's just so blatantly biased… Farah and his network of cronies all working thru the media to sling mud at the club he "loves"

November 1, 2015...."the soon to be released report"

This is the part of the article that interests me -

Farah is being hunted by the Sharks, the Rabbitohs and the Dragons **but won’t leave until the Tigers honour his back-ended deal.**

Ink, you are a fully paid up member of the fan boy club so your comments must be noted in that context.

We make up the difference and the club he plays at next pays whatever.
I don't understand how he won't get his money.

I think the issue maybe that the Tigers are wanting to change the terms of the contract? We all know there is a minimum that he must be registered for under the cap with the new club and the rest goes into our cap.

They may be putting pressure on RF to take a paycut in these transfer discussions? We all state he will get what he is owed but that's not exactly the case if all parties agree including nrl, a contract can be regnotiated and replaced so the club maybe saying new club pay $300 we pay $300 and RF cop $300 Pay cut??

I would say all things being equal RF should be at least a $400 - 500k signing (putting opinions aside). And as others have said in the forums we haven't presented him well and RF and his advisors haven't help neither.

Interesting times ahead but something has to give!

It Is interesting the oft repeated "he will get what he is owed" when those who want RF gone post about his treatment. If he is not offered what he is entitled to meaning the qualification is not met, does that change the views of those wanting him gone?

Theoretically, if WTs is attempting to renegotiate his contract with a view to him taking a substantial paycut and he doesn't agree, what then?

Definitly more to this going on that no one on here knows about. We can only speculate and have opinions about what is going on. For all we know robbie on $800k with $150k in 3rd party agreements that the club "promised" him. If as has been reported the sharks, rabbits and sharks are chasing him then why is the situation still dragging on. The "he will get what he is owed" argument might not be that simple. To me the fact that every man and his dog was saying farah had signed with the rabbits a few weeks ago and still no release, tells me much is going on behind fhe scnenes as they nut out a deal that is suitable to both.

That's right, what then? It's a stalemate and no one comes out of this looking good? As a Wests Tigers fan I want it done and dusted so we can all move on!

I was just putting another angle on it? Although I'm not sure if I explained my self properly?

Then they would have to pay him or they are in breach of contract. Seems very unlikely. There has been more than 1 occasion where Ayoub has stated that for Robbie to leave they want a full payout, which would mean the opposite is true.
