Who really knows what is going on internally....

It's only a "real issue" for you and bug-a-lugs tho… Why so concerned?

Your constant speculating that paints the club in a poor light is what is reminiscent of levick & ayoub.

We've all been over it 1000 times before

Most have assumed "he will get what he is owed". But is this really the case? I'm interested to know and as you appear to be acutely sensitive to anything vaguely negative towards the club it makes me more interested.

Why cant you wait until the deal is or isn't done then make a judgement ?

What's the rush ? Got another ambulance to chase ?

It seems more likely the more this continues. He has 3 clubs chasing him and they all have money to spend (ennis retiring, rein not re-signed). **We keep hearing he is negotiating his pay out from the togers, so obviously they "arent just paying him what he is owed" like many on here have stated.**

Who is the guy that has inside information and comes on here every now and then. I think he needs to update us.

How is that "obviously" what is happening? He might have already signed somewhere for all we know. Alternatively the negotiations may be taking a long time because rival clubs are trying to force us to take as much as possible and we are resisting and hoping to trigger a bidding war.

The club have no negotiating power to avoid paying him out, which is why people are saying that he will get every cent.

So what does the below mean?

**_"The veteran rake’s first priority is trying to finalise his payout figure with the Tigers and he won’t make a call on his future until it’s completed."_**

Just use your own common sense to figure out how it will play out. You'll get as reliable an answer from reading tea leaves as you will from reading rugby league journalists on an issue like this.

No - you can't do that or rely on the basics of contract law to come to your own logical conclusion. According to some peanuts here, you can't make any assumption as to what has occurred unless you personally know the participants.

It's a simply strategy though, when your stupid argument has been destroyed by logic, common sense and the law, fall back to "you don't know that because you don't personally know Farah."

Time will tell…. guessing will make no difference, and that's all we are doing

My opinion.
Tinfoil hat time

Farah is holding out to force out Elijah Taylor. Not for any other reason than to stick it to the Tigers.

Elijah Taylor has his hand forced, and heads to rugby union.
The very next day Farah signs off on his new deal.

It's his final "FU" to the club he apparently loves so dearly.

This is a very real scenario.

If it is two clubs chasing Farah, that means it is a 4 way negotiation process. That would take time to land on a deal.

"Farah has a four way for weeks" who will be writing this story

Myself and hundreds on this forum both past, present and future know this to be false.Once Robbie walks you walk with it.You have had the mods well fooled for a long time and once Robbie walks I am so glad that you will walk with him.

huh what? if someone here has said they will walk if Robbie goes….........not sure what that has to do with the mods

@Told You So. said:
You see the voice remains the same.A million people have told you that you are wrong but you have had free reign as the mods have deleted a million accounts but guess what the voice is only getting stronger despite a "few"peoples attempts.I am Sorry but to me this club is so much stronger now as all the deadwood cancerous types have left just wish it would be the same on this forum. If it would this forum would get much better patronage numbers.

So, mods have been deleting people who don't support Robbie?? given some of the threads and the arguments in them, I'm not too sure about that….....citations required.

@Told You So. said:
I just feel that sometimes I doubt the overall integrity of this forum as the wrong people seem to get booted by the mods all the time.Used to be all the Western Suburbs types(Im ex Balmain) for a long while now it seamt anyone Anti Robbie would get the boot.I don't doubt the hard work the mods put into this forum and it is a thankless job but I must say for far too long there has appeared to be ann issue with the integrity of this forum as the wrong people get booted while others get a free reign providing they are toeing the political line.

Really? so, Western Suburbs people were getting the boot and now it's Anti Robbie people…......again, got some names there?

Being someone who supported JT's decision on Robbie...........yet still here.

Don't worry about Jerry ..Dave…We are still waiting for him to.... Tell Us So.... who had the office next to Mayer...

Rothfilth must be spewing at his forced sabbatical at the moment.

What people forget is ,as soon as there has been a complaint filed by RF or the club or whoever,it is in the system and could take weeks or months, the judicial system is full to the brim…. All anyone in this situation can do is wait until their time is up and hope for a positive outcome.....how do I know you ask ?? ..I'm going through it at the moment... :unamused:

I think you've nailed it Ink .
Real WTs fans are excited about what's going to happen on the weekend .
These 2 pretenders only want to paint the club & JT in a bad light .
Either Levick & Ayoub or close associates .

Oh geez, another fan boy thats upset lol. Where did you even bring JT into this, or were you dreaming about him. Because please read my last few posts. Nothing to do with JT. The funny thing is i want this dealt with as soon as possible so the circus csn finish. Does that mean im painting the club in a bad light. I quoted the article, in particular thecpart about negotiating with the club his payout. If the club is willing to pay him out his full entitlements then why are they negotiating? Thats the question im asking?

Oh and Vlad i will be yhere on Sunday, like ive been to every home game plus every ANZ game as a member of this club. So once again dont need you or any of the fan club boys questioning my support because i ask a question on a forum.

I'll try my best to answer it….Because.... Farah wont get a full payout of his remaining contract...Pascoe already stated this when Farah requested a release at the end of 2015..the Club will not simply pay him out...He is contracted to Wests Tigers for season 2017 and can stay if he wishes...

What Farah is free to do is negotiate with other Clubs for 2017 with Wests Tigers picking up the balance of any shortfall in his contract...as long as it is acceptable to both parties...as well as the NRL...either way Farah will receive his 2017 Contract entitlements...it is really not that hard to understand....

There is no set timeline...if I was guessing and a deal has been done with another Club or still in negotiations I would expect an announcement when said Clubs seasons end....If Farah is staying well no one needs to announce anything...

The Tigers want the club that picks him up to pay 450K of his contract for next season if they get it who knows but Leeds offer 350K and Tigers said no…. They want 450K to keep Taylor

Also if Farah was looking for a 2 year deal the terms for 2018 would also need to be negotiated between Farah, Ayoub and the club he may join further complicating any negotiations.

indeed

The obsession & innuendo from the dynamic duo re RF not getting paid what he is owed is completely unfounded & unhinged .

And it's a completely different discussion on whether RF should've been dropped from first grade . In years gone by we used to lose most games RF missed . In 2016 we win most games he misses & lose most that he plays .That is an undeniable fact .
Individually he may still be a better player than some in the team but it's a team sport & for whatever reason the WTs function better as a team when he doesn't play .
