Who should our new Attack and Defence coaches be

I think being 8th best attacking team given our record and roster says our attacking assistsnt did a good job.

Defence on the other hand has been woeful. So even if it isnt his fault results speak for themselves

Agreed with Ellias article today need Freddy to come in will help us sell the place too

Freddy ain’t a big fan of the current Tigers, not unless we spend a lot more energy on harnessing the South West corridor.

But as Ellias said in his article I don’t know who we have….
Sure Kimmorely was rung below Freddy, Joey and Stuart but he was still a very good player in his own right. Having him around the halves will be good for us.

Dean Pay as defence coach.

Dean Pay is your defensive man … I think Gardiner could be the key to success next season he knows the youth of today and has a proven record with them.
Whether he will leave his teaching position as Maguire is on thin ice and could be gone round 8 or so .
A big ask then left with a torched club for the rest of the season .

Think his focus is just on pathways mate. We need a decent name and new halves.

What is Pay doing now..?

I think our attack is fine. Laurie will get more opportunities to feed our edges if our halves go deeper into the line, but that's not a structural change. Blore will improve and Tuilagi has demonstrated he can find the line. Talau will be even better next year and Liddle & Simpkin showed their skillsets on Sunday. left centre is the big question mark.

defence most certainly needs work. linespeed is horrendous, we struggle to win the collision against most sides and when we're on our line its a guessing game. I think we'll need a change there, but who?

Nothing as far as I know, so no pay.

Brad Arthur maybe

It would never happen but I’d love to have Aaron Bellamy as the attacking coach.

I think a more realistic option for assistants would be Dean Pay, John Morris and Gardiner. I wish we tried to pick up Morris once he left the Sharks.
