OK, we can all dream. It is probably not going to happen, however another blow out loss next week and 10th to 12th place might cause a shakeup you never know. There an abundance of candidates. Look at the way Canterbury and South have become premiership powerhouses simply with a change in direction. 90% of Tigers fan would be so much more enthusiastic about 2013 if we could have a change of direction after a decade of Sheen's average results.
SO Who are your top 3 candidates who could realistically take the job in 2013 or 14??
1\. Craig Bellemy - HEAD HUNT THIS MAN. The Roosters have probably got him sewn up. I Would put up with Sheens for 1 more year if we could attract Bellemy in 2014\. The football the Storm play is organised and disciplined. He gets the most out of average players, great culture. Exactly what we need. To think we nearly had him a decade ago?!?!
2\. Daniel Anderson - Grand final appearances at 2 very volitile clubs in Parramatta and the Warriors. Sharp mind, still involved in the game. He is keen to get back involved. I think he has been very harshly treated at the other 2 clubs.
3\. STeve Folkes - Did a great job whilst he was here. Steady, tough, reliable replacement who wouldn't be a walkover.
Not sure I would give the gig to a 1st time coach like JIm Dymock. Even though he would be good candidate. Nathan Brown is another one who has served his time over seas and no doubt learnt from the mistake he made at the Dragons.
