Sticks and Pete are my cousins so my heart is hurting right now, Norm was very caring and generous to my family and I'm so glad to have seen him before his passing. Love ya big fella.

Sorry about your loss Steve.
Didn't see Norm play, but always had a connection through the trophy (especially as a Wagga boy supporting wests).
But he must of been some leader to take saints through those glory years.
And always came across as a statesman and gentleman.
Glad he was made an immortal while he was still alive, even if it took them too long.

Really there’s only one, and that’s Stefano. There are others definitely worth re-signing like Laurie, Twal, and if Seyfarth keeps improving then him as well. But Stefano is the one you try to lock up. And I emphasise try because it’s a 2 way street. He has to want to commit, and I’d be pretty surprised if he did want to given the way we are, and given how big clubs will be circling next November. But he’s the only guy in the squad that I feel would hurt us massively if he were to go.

Pretty sure Zane M is signed for a couple more years Steve .I remember being a 9yr old at the 69 Grand Final when Pete captained the Tigers .Sorry for the loss of the legendary Norm what a career with 10 premierships

I know we had an opportunity for this in 2016/17 but it sucks that our best players in Laurie, Stefano, Blore, AD ( I know he's our Junior but he didn't debut with us) and Luciano aren't WT through and through.

WT would always have 60-70% local Juniors in their squad. In a sense, to me anyway, that was a big part of WT identity.

I'd still rather want Brooks and Noffa to do well instead of the above (provided they are still here). Simply because they are WT through and through.

If we could add a half dozen of the right, quality signings to those 11 mentioned it would work. But we need our recruitment to kick into gear for that to happen, so this is a really crucial time.
We simply can't keep basically the same squad and expect much to change.

In terms out go all out to keep, I think I would stop at about Kelma on your list. For others it is a value proposition & assuming we are not paying too much I would also look at Kepoa, Simpkin & Liddle.
