Why will we improve in 2016?

Why we will improve in 2016, that one is simple, because when you come last their is only one way you can go..and thats up or worst case scenario you maintain your position, one thing for sure you can not go down

Wel find a way.

I don't think we'll improve by much, the roster just isn't good enough. I don't think these juniors are as good as everyone is making them out to be. We won't improve till we have cap space to make significant gains in the player market. When that time comes though we'll probably have to pay overs, then probably be back at square one. One thing I do hope is that when we do win some games that people can handle the euphoria of a rare win, and not get carried away talking about our premiership chances. That is a long way off.

Gotta agree, unfortunately.
Unlike some, I think these last few seasons have taken a toll on some star juniors. Tedesco being the one exception.

Brooks is going backwards as is Sirro & Nofo, Moses is only slowly improving in the latter stages but he was going backwards at a rate of knots earlier on.

I think initially Taylor came in slightly over confident realising he had such talent and young guns in his squad..

He forgot just how hard it is to harness all that talent and make it work as a unit,it's not an individual sport, the whole team has to do their job, otherwise you end up how we have…at the bottom of the ladder...

2016 will be the year they learn from their mistakes and fulfill their potential,if not,the board should seriously re evaluate the coaching staff and playing roster...sometimes it doesn't pay to heavily invest in the unknown...better to cut your losses...and we've had plenty on and off the field... :astonished:

Do you think that some of the younger blokes are suffering from 2nd year syndrome, where a lot of opposition teams have had a chance to be more wary of them, therefore limiting their attacking chance ?

Agree with all of that, except the Siro part. To me, he isn't going backwards, he's the same average play he's been since day dot.

If we're talking about players going backwards, Noffa has gone backwards in cruise control this yr. He's been absolutely useless.

Can't expect with the injuries and surgery he's had he was going to be 110% better then he was. Was inevitable he was going to lose some umph

More likely that they are suffering from first year Taylor syndrome!!
