Will potter finally grow a set of balls and drop the 2 major dead woods in our team benji and anasta,

odds, I say no and I think he is 6/4 on to pick them again.
he either does not care about the fabric of this club or the poor supporters, or he is being told what to do, by the board, wish some one would come out and tell us what the hell is going on, and why we have to put up with this week in week out, i for one iam sick of been bagged about been a tigers supporter.

After a Monday night game most clubs usually name an unchanged team the following Tuesday.

No way I'm bagging potter for selections. It's Tuesday. To make it a good week he should name the same team. Worry about changes later. If anything though I can't see benji being dropped altogether. Maybe benchi again. I do think brooks is highly on the cards. Who their right mind would think otherwise.

He has to come out and make a stance, its all about sending the right messages to the players who will be running around in 2014

Look at it this way, it doesn't take balls to drop a guy when he is way down on form, the media/fans are calling for his head. Dropping Benji is the easiest answer there is in this situation.

Having balls would be to pick him if he believes its best for the team.

Not saying thats what I would do, I'd have dropped him weeks ago. Call Potter stupid or misguided….but to say its lack of balls when dropping Marshall would be dead easy right now, is brainless.

He didn't say Benji had a good game, at least not in the press conference I watched. He said he did some good things, and then talked about the bad. Typical coaching speak.

Don't make a mountain out of a mole hill.

I'm not sure what people want him to do?

No coach should ever come out and publicly hammer a player, it should be behind close doors, and from a media stand point he should always support his players.

He knows benji was shite, everyone does. We will see when the team is name this week if there is any changes.

This week is the best week to drop Benji, if this was Souths there is no way I'd throw poor Brooks into that…

Against Souths I'd put Siro/Anasta in halves and put the biggest bloke available into the team and spent the 80 mins practicing defense defense defense.

For somebody that is such a massive knob, yes, he does lack the balls

Heh heh, I'm trying desperately to give Potter a fair go but it's almost tempting to turn against him just so I can make a big sign saying "POTTER: A COCK WITH NO BALLS".

Coach Potter has a huge set he put his hand up to coach the Weststigers!

He put his hand up because he did not have a job.

Whether he had a job or not this gig will make him or break him.
In hindsight he is probably wishing he kept his hands by his side

Remember one of the big gun commentators saying at the beginning of the season 'the coach who follows Sheens is leaving himself open to being crucified….the coach that follows after that will be fine' hmmm ...

Interesting to listen to both Sheens and Robinson on NRL 360 tonight, both said they would pick Benji, Robinson spoke most saying Benji having been a great player for the club deserves it, although he did acknowledge Benji's poor form, but he said Benji should repay Potter's selection through good form also a lot of his team mates want him to play and be there with him at the 200 game mark. A coaches perspective, a frustrated supporters perspective is a bit different at times.

I'll say it once again. Why pick Brooks? We'll take him out of a team in finals contention to disrupt them. Make NRL debut in a shit team and get touched up by a useless dragons team (great for his confidence). Would probably only play one game as we won't risk him against the Rabbits and Cows.

So he would make a great selection. NOT.

You have to debut at some point.

Do it now in a nothing game, get it over with. The alternative is to spend an entire offseason with the weight of expectation on his shoulders.
