Of course coaching has a big part

Look at out team, dumb, can't pass, can't kick, tackle.

There's no skill based coaching.

As hard as we ride the players they're human and coachable if they had a good coach.

Not saying they'll do much but room for improvement with a good coach

We pay players well for underperforming because that's who we attract. All coaches have the same issues when they take on the role here.
In the strong clubs the players wear that and are moved on - and we know where they end up.
This squad was never worth sacking a coach for and the players here and everywhere else know that better than anyone.Except maybe Brooks and Nofa
