Woods added as 19th man to NSW squad

Its a huge step up thats for sure, but if not Woods then who else?

If form and ability/talent count for anything, then Woods has to be front and centre for a call up if Gal can't suit up.

I haven't seen much of him but Mannah seems to have fallen off the radar this year.

IMO Mannah never should of been on it. I've always thought he was grossly overrated.

I thought last year he deserved selection Fraze. Tough, great attitude, speedy play the ball, big unit. I don't think we have seen the last of him in Origin, maybe once Eels stop playing like arse he will get another look in.

This is great for the young man being exposed to the best league has to offer can only help his progression ….Whether he gets a run or not .

What I think will work in his favour and possibly sway Stuart is the amount of minutes he plays.

If he can play 70 minutes at club level then surely he is more equipped to handle maybe 30 or 40 minutes at Origin level compared to other forwards who only play 50 minutes at club level.

We know Stuart likes his forwards to be fit, it's the main reason why he put Gallen in at prop, if thats his line of thinking then he would have huge raps on Woods.

I just watched the replay, and Simms would've been rubbed out regardless for a contrary conduct…

On Aaron, just dont rush him... let him breathe another 12 months and he will be a better player. Being in the squad during preparation is a great learning curve for him for next year.

Robbie's old enough to get bashed by Queensland... I'm not so sure I want to see this for Aaron! (you guys do realise Queensland is gona smash the Blues?)

We said that about Ayshford last year, look what the next 12 months has done for him…... Get Aaron in there and let him rip into it.......

Bite off as much as you can chew and chew like hell.......
