Wests Tigers forward Aaron Woods says despite recent news and discussions regarding the playing future of Robbie Farah, the side's full focus is on football and ending the 2015 season with two strong and impressive performances.
Woods, who recently played his 100th NRL game for the Club, said that with just two games remaining in the year, his only focus was on getting off the bottom of the ladder — starting this week when Wests Tigers take on the New Zealand Warriors at Campbelltown.
"We've got the spoon to battle for in the last two weeks," Woods told the media today.
"We want to get off the bottom of the ladder.
"And if it is Robbie's last year, we don't want to send him out with the spoon.
"Nobody wants the spoon.
"We just hope now that we can get a massive crowd out at Campbelltown Stadium. We're running dead last at the moment, so we just hope that all the Members and fans can get out there, support us, and help get us off the bottom of the ladder.
"We just want to go out and play the best footy that we can to finish the year."
