The thing is, he probably gets hundreds of emails a week from armchair experts telling him what they think is wrong with the club and how it needs to be fixed. Everyone would think they have the answer. I doubt he takes any of them seriously.

Would they know business, how to manage a salary cap etc? Because you know most would be saying Brooks has gotta go, or another player has gotta go. It’s not as simple as just punting players and having a snap clean out. Contracts are at play, you just can’t get rid of certain individuals.

None of that is even relevant as the players who could potentially make a difference have snubbed their noses at Pascoe’s Tigers time and time again. So even if they did know how to balance players salaries it’s a moot point. We are stuck in dud-land until we have a circuit breaker.

I don’t expect him to quit. Reckon when he applied for the role he asked for seven years and at the end of that reign the club would be at rock bottom having not sniffed finals once? He won’t but he should.

Its very simple. The best business for a footy team is winning. Sponsors love to get on a winner.

And we only need to win half our games to play finals. A feat that is just too elusive for our masterful leaders.

I cbf it's easier to just complain here and accept that we'll always be bad from here on out.

Once we get that first win, I'll forget about being mad.
