You'd think you would start off in the Bundy Cup first, as you say with no affiliate it could be a tough slog for them.

Smeg, will the decision regarding who will be the coach of WT NSW Cup team be similar to first grade where a sub-committee will make it's recommendations to the the board? Would the likely candidates be Fletcher, Epifania & Payten? Thanks mate

I have some opinions as to where the coaching situation will end up in NSW Cup but they are speculation so I think it best to leave them as just my opinion rather then opening up for debate.
NSW Cup retention is normally finalised last minute of the year anyway

Common sense has prevailed, this could be the most important decision made regarding the joint venture since 1999.
While I was a Balmain fan I always cheered for our Wests brothers since the marriage - now we are all one.

Surely they've just ticked the wrong box and really intended to enter the Bundy Cup.

I just can't for the life of me work out why you would go straight to NSW Cup and not play Bundy Cup and, more importantly, why the NSWRL would agree to it. Playing in Bundy Cup was enough to ruin Woy Woy and Erina. As you say Wests Magpies couldn't win a game without NRL players and while they had less time to assemble a team I have grave fears the Wyong team won't be much better.
Oh well, time will tell I guess...
