Well as I’ve said, I’ve got some ideas but it takes a lot of time, energy and research that I don’t have right now. But I know how it could be done.

I agree with the earlier point, that it’s no good singling individuals out, because the board have to take responsibility as a group. And as a group they seem to be a diabolical and selfish lot.

They rip every benefit they can from us and make a mess of almost every decision they are asked to make.

But I’d have thought the more heat we put on them, the more likely a few of them will call time on their dreadful innings.

And Lee loves the limelight, his fedora and his Ferrari, but he should be throwing his weight around, doing his numbers and doing everything he can to fill the board up with people who have a clue.

Lee is up there with the most clueless. Even before this year he was telling us we had a very competitive roster. Compensation Lawyers and Private school graduates should stick to their own lane. He couldnt even get us a win when it involved a legal matter.

Hypothetically speaking, if a new board, new town and club inherited the team from this year then the only thing they can control is what they can control. 🤔
So what is being done later on in this year is the way forward for this new team, a new state of the art COE, out of debt with a tasty salary cap, sign some top players (2 signed, more to come) New coaching stalf, focus on pathways etc etc.
If I was the new club I would be feeling positive.
Back to the real world.... because the WT supporters are down and out all this means less to them, they can't forgive the board for years of ineptitude.
I'm too old to keep grudges. I'm moving on and getting on the scateboard.

Yes like Murphy's law which says if something can go wrong it will go wrong
But the ultimate Murphy's law says

I think some are just pushing their agendas unfortunately.

I remember when Lee and Pascoe went to NRL head office, a big press conference beforehand with full fedora. Lee had even driven his Ferrari in.

We weren’t leaving until we got our deserved rightful 2 points. Our time had come. Noddys first day out from under the bus.

I shook my fist in defiance along with all the board members, cadre, patriot, shill, it was the only time all year we stood United. Proud, defiant.

One club, friend and foe, differences aside. We embraced in the warmth of a common enemy.

Then sadly, 7 days later there was a small 3 line mention in the telegraph on page 45 that we’d settled for an muffled apology and the matter was never mentioned again.

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like I have got a bit confused.
Just re reading the fine print there are actually 1 Chairman, 4 WA directors, 1 BT director and 2 independent directors on the WTFC board. A nominations committee reviews the candidates credentials and appoints them when/if a vacancy arises eg Lee H replacing Marina Go.
To qualify as a WA director you must be a member for a minimum of 3 years then you can offer your nomination as a WA board member if a vacancy exists or if nominations are called. That enables you to then potentially qualify as a WTFC board member when/if a vacancy arises. But you would then still have to receive the approval of the noms commitee.
As WTFC is a Pty Ltd company, no paid up members of the club can nominate for the board.
Basically that tells me that it’s a very tight and protected group which is hard to break into.
I think that’s all correct ( at least according to my Google search) but if you have further info look forward to reading it.

Yes BUNKERGATE and the smell will never go away because the tapes were never made public .If it was all innocent then release the tapes and clear it up once and for all . Lee seemed happy with the process . The rest of us will never know . Nixon resigned Klein got the GF

Based on your numbers if the 4 WA directors are a solid voting block then that's it they have the power . A kind of " Star Chamber " that's depressing

I can just picture Vlandys riding Lee around his NRL office like a horse, digging his rm Williams into Lees gut, hitting him over the head with his thoroughbred whip.

With a frightened Justin hiding behind a giant rubber Latrell, in his rooster gear holding a double cheeseburger burger up to the sky.

I love Lees serious and straight face, as soon as he turns it on, his eyes get small and beady, there’s the glistening of a sweated brow and we know we are in for some serious excuse making nonsense ( aka Leesense).

He pretends to have his court wig on and in his mind conjures up his recent submission that his client is the best bloke in the world after stealing from a registered kids charity, his ninth offence in 2 months, just after he finished his 25 years lagging for a capital offence.

Indicted by a grand Jury from Mt Druitt West ( very difficult when all were related to the accused)

I’ve watched a lot of Lee footage and in full flight after his presentations, when he turns away, I swear his nose has grown an inch longer.

A sleeping squid in a fish tank would put up a more compelling argument as to the virtues of the WT management at the moment.
