Just Wests Ashfield I believe. The link in the first post shows the Wests Tigers Board.

I knew there was a recent replacement on one of the boards ...it wouldn't have surprised me if they hadn't updated it yet

I believe, though I could be wrong, that Julie Romero replaced Mike Bailey after his passing.

surely someone who said it was a done deal to the media has to go. If we don't shift someone from the board after they were leaking information its (even more of) a farce

Well here's a secnario that is more plausible than fantasy, in my opinion:

What if the leaker was the Chairman? Thought he had convinced the Board about Maguire's removal and got onto his media buddy Chammas? (He's got form in riding roughshod over the Board and football department, I imagine, in the contract extension for Nofoaluma.)

Reluctantly gave the Board some extra thinking time when the planned meeting was cancelled, only to find they wouldn't roll over to his preferred outcome of sacking Maguire when the meeting reconvened on Tuesday morning? He was snookered and had to reluctantly agree to the retention of Maguire - an outcome I'm happy with, by the way.

I think people are starting to see conspiracies around every corner?

What’s wrong with the narrative that the club has gone with, they looked at it, found nothing to indict Madge and they moved on?

however....

Agreed. And his points on building from within are bang on as well. Thankfully, we seem to have started that process already (i.e. recruiting aggressively in the junior programs).

He also mentions how something comes up in the media and everyone grabs onto it as if it fact, and then it almost becomes fact due to sheer numbers. And how people are ignorant of checking their own facts. I think that is a big part of what has happened here.

Sure, we probably have too much time on our hands at the moment, but my reply was to the post about ousting "the leaker" from the Board. Not the process, as such.

I just put forward my theory.

Others seem to be pointing out the dude with the weird haircut; a convenient scapegoat maybe?
