Us Tigers fans deserve everything we get. We are the idiots who have accepted mediocrity for years now. According to the incompetent management at this club, we had a record breaking year for membership so that tells me most of our fans are satisfied with just being in the competition no matter what the result is.

This acceptance of mediocrity from our fans who refuse to protest by NOT becoming members, have pushed me in a direction for the first time ever to want to see our club get smashed in the last few rounds at the end of the year as I believe it needed to be broken for things to be fixed.

This is so frustrating, when will our fans wake up and start to understand that we may not have the power to remove the board but if we collectively protest by NOT becoming members it will send a message that this is not acceptable and change will be inevitable.

Yes, there will be heart ache but this is a necessary evil.

Commercially he has done well. Memberships, sponsorship are all up, we run a profit and got a Coe built and paid for by various external stakeholders.

However he's not our Chief Commercial Officer, he's the CEO so what he gets judged on is much broader. And the organisation as a whole has failed for a decade, and has a terrible culture. For this he is ultimately accountable. And that's why his position as CEO is untenable.
If he wanted to step down and move into a commercially focused role I wouldn't be opposed to that.

The CEO represents the board and chairman’s direction. He is doing a great job.

I approached Bryden’s today for pro bono representation to sue a significant organisation around obtaining money through deception and inflicting emotional distress. They seemed keen to take the case.

When I mentioned that the organisation was the tigers, the deception was me paying membership to watch what was supposed to be an NRL standard team, and the emotional distress was watching the last month, they threw me out.

Cant we at least have all members of the board be there to represent the interests of the WESTS TIGERS and Only the Wests Tigers . If some members say their prime responsibility is to represent the interests of the Western Suburbs Magpies or the Balmain Tigers then if situations arise where the interests of the JV team are in conflict with the two original clubs then those directors would be actively working against the interests of the Wests Tigers and should resign due to conflict of interest !

Why do you think anyone on the board isn't giving 100% towards Wests Tigers? Just because you and a few others on here run a constant yet futile barrage of " lets change the board" doesn't mean that they aren't doing what they think is best for the club. I don't suggest they are doing a great job but they have made changes that hopefully come to fruition over the next couple of years.

Yep it's so stupid like they think the new board and ceo will be miracle workers
 
Many people think the club is tight with money for not paying airfares for Doueihi and Hastings to the Brisbane game. When Pascoe was serving his 6 months suspension, he flew to the Melbourne game, at his own expense.

He could have walked to Melbourne to raise money for a centre.

Remember when he went on his paid holiday and we started winning a few games? 😂
