Apparently ASADA can take and hold samples for up to 10 years and testing is up to them.

I think the B sample is taken at the same time as the A sample. They are just tested differently or at another time .

Basically when a sample is taken it is split into 2 parts, A and B. If the A sample is positive the athlete can elect to have the b sample tested to confirm the results. They can choose to have that test conducted by a seperate lab to the A sample if they wish.

Simona was one of my favourite players at the time, I will honestly say. It's such a shame, such a big waste when they let bad decisions mess up their whole career. Tim's reputation probably will never recover, I hope for his sake he turned it around and came good.

That being said, I am still disgusted at the back-dating of the Sharks last drug cheating penalty. They deserved to have their premiership stripped considering that and the salary cap cheating. Hope this kid gets a big penalty to show him and all others that they ca't do this and expect to get away with it.
