Said it once and I'll say it again, its moneyball and we are exactly the same as the Oakland As were. Instead of looking for the flashy players, we need to find the guys who are value. Something we have never done before. Not paying overs is the start along with a coach who doesn't gives a rats about what others think.

I think we are doing this now though. We just need to develop a quality squad and that means buying the right players for fair money.
