You can't touch Mitch- eels vow to protect Moses

Is playing well again tonight and you do notice the difference in attack when a half has decent forwards just gives them that little more time.

Think he is a little prick but is def a good attacking player but obviously a poor defender but then again most halfbacks are. Our issue was you can't have him and brooks in a team

We can criticise him all we like, but he and his new team are still having the last laugh on us.

He would be the sort to laugh that his ex team is heading towards the spoon. Truth is that gutless, pathetic piece of trash deserves the spoon more than the majority of the guys who are set to receive it.

No doubt!

On another note, how crap are Canterbury? A forward pack that boasts Klemmer, Jackson, Elliot with Hopoate, Reynolds and the Morris twins in the backs and they have absolutely no clue! There is zero game plan - what the hell has happened to Des???

Oh dear.. It finally happened, what the media have been praying for since Moses joined the Eels, a fairytale field goal to win the game. Pfft..

He can play - and he will only get better. Time to accept it. Eels defended brilliantly tonight - and they did protect Moses and of course he delivered when it was needed. Think the Eels fans are probably more than happy with the way he is going.

Our fake captain must be licking his lips more and more every week thinking about what awaits him next year. What an idiot.

As for Moses, meh. No use getting upset. Wasted energy and we're only hurting ourselves.

I agree 100% - all this little so and so has shown is what a disgusting piece of excrement he is. And still the media keep creaming their pants over him - just goes to show how far rugby league has slumped.

He is a flat tracker. Just wait until Parra has an off game. He will disappear quicker than a hard on at a funeral. Remember how they talked him up towards the end of last season? Then when the pressure was applied by Raiders he filled his nappy. Skinny little coward runt.

I happen to think there is a very good chance he won't get better.

I don't begrudge he kicked a match winner today, never achieved it with us; the Melbourne game last year comes to mind and would have gotten us into the finals.

His first attempt though… oh dear.

Braith Anasta kicked a winning FG for us once too.

Until he sorts out his defensive problems he will never be a great player. Ball in hand he is a good player - his read that led to French's try was spot on but then on other occasions he totally misreads the situation that places pressure on the team - perfect example was giving the ball to a backrower on the 5th tackle and it was only luck that he got it back to make a kick. Stryker's right - he looks good when his side is on top but the moment things change he goes missing. Not the type of player you want in pressure situations.

I can see an article by the Telecrap on Moses next week where he gloates that Arthur has taken his game to another level and he is enjoying his footy more than ever and the article finishes with a massive dump on the Tigers… and of course it will be backpage... then on NRL 360 they just continue to stoke the fire with Woods coming on and say Uuuuummmmm, followed by Elias the next night coming on NRL 360 and saying if only the WT had smart management and administration they could be benefiting by the fruits of Moses's career best form... I can just see this pan out next week.....
