a few months back i told many lies, You were all right about me, i was full of envy and was cleary depressed and blinded by my rage.

Watching Captian Fantastic tonight it is easy to see why i was indeed wrong. His wrap sheet was as follows

Honestly i havent seen you guys play much this year, and the games i have seen Bwaith was out injured, He was more useful injured to be honest, atleast you had some young second rowers that wanted to run

i think he came on the 50th Min, and i counted 12 sets of six you guys had where he didnt run , a fresh second rower playing 30mins should make atleast 1 run a set. how much time does he need to make a run? 40 mins? 50? 60?
