You took a situation, which is more then likely meant nothing to anyone, including the participants…anyone except you that is.From a simple case of two team mates chatting you theorized that AB & BA where indeed chatting about a breezy life they now have suckling on the great tiger teat. You further expanded on your theory, telling us the young buck was so annoyed at not being able to join in the reindeer games that in a huff he reefed a ball from Blair and scurried off.

You then laid out the reason you posted such trash by having parting shots at both Blair and Anasta....showing us your agenda for posting such garbage.

Yes, my view of anastas & blairs games on Sunday probably slanted my views towards those two in my post...I concede that reading your reply....they bludged to put it simply, while a young guy worked his A off and it impressed me as did the situation I witnessed

Buchanen is in awe of Senior players like Woods according to his recent Fow interview. He's here to learn from the Senior players. He never mentioned Anasta or Blair. They are simply dollar drainers who shouldn't be at this club. Buchanen is the same age as Woods and what a future the Tigers have with two of the best Props in the comp!

Yes, Its clear he is his own man.
He has one game under his belt, he was in the presence of two other very senior players, an ex origin/international and a ''current'' international.. :crazy
He wasnt overawed or intimidated…..he TOOK THE LEAD USING HIS OWN INITIATIVE....which impressed me greatly, bodes well for the future imo.

Sad some that accuse me of constanytly being negative only focussed on the negative hypothetical I presented in my OP myself.

to be honest i'm not sure on young jack yet.
while i am pleased with how he has handled himself,i'm not sure how big of a ceiling he has potential wise down the road.
one of the things i look for i haven't seen yet so i'll wait a while.

as for what you observed ink,yeah,i think you had to be there.
i'm having a hard time getting the right picture here.

Thats not what was implied at all, I think it was made clear he ''scurried off'' cos he wasn't happy with the casual nature they were treating life, not because he was being left out of a conversation. Kind of a fail on your part

Funny how you accuse this thread of being agenda driven and ask for it to be locked (why?) when your whole purpose at posting in this thread at all was to further your own agenda by attacking a poster you don't like

Yeh….theres a long way to go with him, he's showing some promise now being thrown in the deep end early, and we know props generally only get better with maturity.

Hopefully the entire front row (and back row) situation this year and last hoists a flag or two in the recruitment dept.

Two. Dylan Farrell for Souths is also from Culburra. I'm keen to see Buchanan develop throughout the year. He doesn't have the leg drive and power of Woods just yet, but I think he could be a very similar type of player in 12-24 months, depending on how quickly he develops. He's got a bit of footwork at the line too which is handy when you're not a 120kg wrecking ball.

He clearly said "AB& BA were engaging in a conversation and not including JB" the next sentence telling us that , fed up with the situation he left the the two senior players. You leap to the conclusion he wanted to train, me on the other hand went on what was wriiten.
If not being part of the conversation was not a issue why mention it, even go as far as saying they were not talking to him. Yea, my fail.

For the record, I agree that AB & BA are wasters and JB seems to have the passion needed. The only reason I commented in the thread at all was the OP's asking to be enlightened on why his perception of the events could be a theory. Not fact.

As for locking the thread, a whole post aimed squarely at having shots at two senior players based solely on one punters perception of a inconspicuous event, who clearly dislikes the two players seems a bit cheap. Each two his own I guess, I've wasted to much time as it is thinking about who's talking to who.

He wasn't asking to be ''enlightened'' about anything, just sharing an observation he made and sharing it with the rest of us. How can he ask people a question about a situation they didn't see? The fact you agree with him about Anasta and Blair yet still got your knickers twisted shows your problem from the start was with the poster, not the post, and if someone else had made this observation perhaps you wouldn't have made an appearance in this thread at all
